Booking and Appointments
Reservations
- All appointments must be booked in advance through our contact form, phone, or email
- We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability
- A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may incur a cancellation fee
- No-shows will be charged the full service amount
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of service
- We accept cash and major credit cards
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Gift certificates are non-refundable
Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Arrive on time for scheduled appointments

- Inform staff immediately if you experience discomfort during treatment
- Respect our staff and other clients
